Audiences first met Brad Johner in 1988, when a partnership with his brother Ken began a 14-year-long musical success story. The Johner Brothers were named "Duo of the Year" by the Canadian Country Music Association in 1991 kicking off a string of awards. After being crowned 'Entertainer of the Decade' and releasing a remarkable 26 singles from six hit albums, Ken retired from the music business in 2002. With an unparalleled dedication to his music and his wide fan base, Brad turned solo the following year and to date has released 6 CD's to his credit.
Brad has performed coast to coast in Canada, the Carribean, Japan, Bosnia and The Netherlands and has even performed for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Despite 76 Saskatchewan Country Music Awards, 3 Canadian Country Music Awards, 4 Juno nominations, 12 CD's and 18 music videos, Brad remains a devoted husband to his wife Rhea of 26 years and father to their five sons. As music is in the genes, for the past six years Brad has performed hundreds of concerts with his sons as “Brad Johner & The Johner Boys”. Their 'live' show is full of energy, stories and comical wit that few performers have come to master as they are astute professionals and true gentlemen of the stage.
