Free is incredibly inspirational, especially the line "thanks for all your help dad". I remember your band with your brother in the days of the Melfort ball tournaments and Kevin at the Heritage Inn. I wasn't allowed to ask you for your autograph..it's against hotel policy, but I was really excited when I realized it was really you....that was sweet.!!!! Hey Brad! Well my friend, haven't seen you since highschool! I've been in Edmonton for quite a few years now, and you've played here many times. Whenever I found out that you were here, it was always the day after!!!! And I even ran The Sidetrack Cafe for 7 years - should have got you to play there!!! When I first moved here, I had CMT on at home one day, and I was in the kitchen. I heard "this voice" coming from the t.v. - i knew it had to be you! I ran out into the livingroom, saw you on there, and just smiled thinking "...I knew you'd make it!!!..." GOOD FOR YOU!! You deserve it! You were in Esterhazy last year, and my Mom and her girlfriend from B.C. came to your show. My Mom got a picture from you for me, (didn't tell me of course) and sent it for my birthday...what a surprise!!!! She thoroughly enjoyed your show. She thinks, along with thousands of other people, that you are one of THE most genuine people in the industry!!!! Mind you, you always have been genuine, even in highschool!!!
